ADA Hylton asked him about some statements he told a Detective on January 11, 2015 - the day after Donovan Thomas Jr, aka NUT was killed. Copeland told investigators that in the days leading up to Thomas' death, he and Shell Kell had a run in at Club Crucial. Brian Steel also asked for a mistrial on day 91 asserting that the DA's office are coercing Copeland. |
