Yes Doodh Dulari recipe is famous during Ramazan month, still we can prepare the recipe for any occassion to enjoy. This simple and super tasty Dessert i made by using Nestle Milkmaid. The Rich Creamy Doodh Dualri is made by boiling milk and semiya Nestle Milkmiad and garnishes by adding nuts Jelly and Fruit Cocktail. I would recommend Nestle Milkmaid for this Doodh Dulari to enhance the texture and taste of the recipe. Nestle Milkmaid cannot be replaced with normal white sugar. Add the jelly powder and combine well. Cook for 2-3 mins on medium to high flame. ‣Allow the mixture to cool in a wide tray. ‣Heat 1 liter full fat milk and reduce to 700 ml by constantly stirring ‣Add ½ cup Semiya and cook until it's done. ‣Add ½ cup Nestle Milkmaid to the milk and boil. Adding Nestle Milkmaid to the recipe is the game changer, Nestle condensed milk enhances the texture of any recipe you add. Right from payasam to Cakes everything.
