| Video Discription | Fort Winfield Scott is located within the Presidio of San Francisco along the national park’s Pacific coast just a short walk from the Golden Gate Bridge. When the Presidio was a U.S. Army post, Fort Winfield Scott was home to the Coast Artillery Corps. The Presidio Trust is now seeking a mission-driven organization to transform Fort Winfield Scott into a campus addressing the significant environmental and/or social challenges of our time. The offering encompasses 20 to 22 buildings within the 30-acre campus and includes a range of approximately 280,000 to 295,000 square feet of space. Responses to the Request for Concept Proposals are due on June 29, 2018.
