| Video Discription | Demonstration of a marijuana pruning technique called topping. Topping plants during vegetative growth stage results in a larger, bushier canopy. Increases the number of bud sites. Topping should be done during vegetative growth starting after plant has developed at least 3 sets of jagged leaves. May be repeated up to 4 times during vegetative growth period. Cut, wait until the plant develops another 3 sets of leaves, then cut again. Repeat process up to 4 times. Do not top plant in flowering stage. |
