| Video Discription | Here we talk about the "Suspensory Ligament release surgery" for penis lengthening. The suspensory ligament release surgery is not lengthening in the true sense as we are not doing anything to the shaft of the penis. The ligament that holds the shaft of the penis with the pubic bone is released so that the penis hangs longer. The release gives an apparent increase in the length of about 2-2.5cms in the flaccid state. The steps of the procedure are detailed here. Along with it, Fat grafting is also done for the shaft of the penis to increase the girth of the penis. The video shows the steps of the procedure hence viewer discretion is advised.
