| Video Discription | How to build a Home Gym for UNDER $100!!! Sean and I went and got a bunch of equipment and tried it out for you on camera! We went shopping at a few of my favorite low priced stores to put this Home Gym together, and I have linked everything below so you can do it too! This set of equipment includes items that help you work the WHOLE BODY. There is even a piece of cardio equipment included in this set. CRAZY!! My friend posted about not feeling safe at his gym with their current enforcement of safety protocol and the gym members in general not following the rules that are set in place for health safety. I wanted to reach out to him to tell him how to maybe make a home gym with all the equipment he would need to get back all his gains, and I decided to share that knowledge with all of you too! I am a group exercise instructor, former personal trainer, and I have a Certification in Nutrition, so I am qualified to provide this information.
