| Video Discription | So... my second Tanghulu attempt turned into a drippy watermelon fiasco! ✨recipe: ✨skewer fruit on a stick (watermelon, strawberries, grapes, etc.) ✨in a small saucepan, heat up 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup water over high heat. Boil and with a thermometer make sure the mixture gets to 300F (no less). DO NOT STIR. Once it gets to 300F, remove from heat immediately, and start rotating the skewers into the sugar mixture. ✨Best practice is to immediately remove the fruit out of the sugar mixture and plunge into ice cold water. Serve immediately and enjoy 😉 |
