Featuring @cerspence Song is "I Need to Start Writing Things Down" by Chris Zabriskie 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup (2 medium sized) mashed, ripe bananas 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 egg 1/2 cup (chopped nuts/chocolate chips) Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray/grease loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray/butter. Combine dry ingredients- flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt- in a large bowl. Mash bananas in a small bowl. Add bananas and wet ingredients (milk, vegetable oil, and egg) to the large bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into loaf pan. Bake 50-60 minutes. Let cool.
