Preparation of Coconut Mixture 1. Heat the pan and add Jaggery powder 2. Add little water and saute 3. Bring the Jaggery water to a boil and add grated coconut and mix it well on medium flame 4. Add Cardamom powder and stir it well 5. Now add 1 tsp ghee and sir it well. 6. Once moisture evaporated switch of the flame and transfer the same in to bowl. 7. Allow coconut mixture to coll. Preparation of Rice Flour Dough 1. Heat the pan and add 1 coup of water and I cop Rice flour a. Measurement for 1 cup Rice use 1 cup of water . 2. Add ½ tsp salt 3. Add 2 tsp ghee 4. When water starts boiling add rice flour in low flam with stirring 5. Now Switch off the flam 6. Clos the pan with lid for few mints. 7. Once Dough come to room temperature transfer the same to plate. 8. Start kneading with wet hand 9. Dough consistency should be like chapati dough 10. Take a ball size dough and wet hand with water or grease with ghee or oil 11. Press it with finger in circular motion 12. Now place the coconut stuffing and close it. 13. Grease the idli plates with ghee 14. Please the kudumulu in idli plate 15. Please the same idli stand pl. note Keep the bottom plate empty 16. Please the same in pressure cooker ( without whistle) or idli cooker 17. Close the cooker and allow to cook for 10 to 15 mints and turn off the flam 18.
