| Video Discription | A lot of recipes out there recommend you to add over 100 grams of sugar for 75 cL of wine... That's way too much, unless you REALLY like sugar and you are not afraid of diabetes. The recipe here is really fast and easy (and taste and smells amazing, authentic "Vin Chaud" to pass the winter and Christmas time), you will need a bottle of red wine, fruits, spices, and a reasonable amount of sugar : - 75 cL Red Wine (An average wine is good, with some strength ~ 13.5%) - 1 Orange - 1 Lemon - 1 Cinnamon stick - 1 Star Anise - 2 cloves - 20 g of sugar 1) Slice the orange and lemon 2) Add the slices to a sauce pan 3) Add the cinnamon, the star anise and the cloves 4) Fill with the wine 5) Add the sugar 5) Bring to a boil for 4 - 5 minutes 6) Let it infuse 5 minutes 7) Pour in a glass or mug and enjoy !
