| Video Discription | Dry lemon pickle recipe Ingredients Lemon - 8-10 nos Salt - 1 tbsp Mustard seeds - 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp Garlic - 10 to 12 Ginger - 2 pieces Green chilies -3 nos Curry leaves Dates - 8 to 10 Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Vinegar - 3 tbsp Sugar - 2 tbsp Method Today we’re going to prepare dry lemon pickle For that first boil water in a pan and add all the lemon and cook it Then after it is cooked remove from water Then cut the lemon in to small pieces after its heat is gone Now add salt and mix it thoroughly and keep it aside Then heat oil in a pan Add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds , crushed garlic, crushed ginger, sliced green chillies and curry leaves, saute it well Then add the chopped dates in to it and saute well for sometime Then transfer it in to a plate and keep aside Then on that same pan , add red chilli powder and turmeric powder and roast it Then add water in to it and mix thoroughly and wait for it to boil Now add salt and mix again Then add the lemon pieces and mix well Then add the other mix of garlic ginger and dates we kept aside Now add vinegar to mix and add well Now mix all of these well and stir it till the consistency changes Add 2 tablespoon sugar and stir well again Now remove the pan from fire Tasty dry lemon pickle recipe is ready to serve Knife : https://villagecookings.com Recipe Link : https://villagecookingkerala.com Business : [email protected] Phone/ Whatsapp : 94 00 47 49 44 |
