We’ve cracked the code to create a strength program that’s the perfect balance of effective and HELLA FUN! In fact, UPLIFT is so much fun it’ll convert fitness LOATHERS into LOVERS and LOVERS into ADDICTS. — THE WORKOUT: 🎶 We use iconic music from decades past and present. It wouldn't be weird if you just came for the playlist. 🍑This isn’t a dance class, but when safety isn’t compromised you WILL see a booty shake and/or shimmy. 💪Choreographed routines connect you to the music while targeting a specific muscle group. ⚖️We use a combination of weights and bands, and complete each 1-hour class with a balance track followed by mat-work including a cool down and stretch. Basically, you’ll NEVER get bored. ✨The energy is HYPE! From the instructor to your fellow students, you’ll feel the positive vibes motivating you to level up. — THE ROLLOUT: UPLIFT classes will be added to the SHiNE Online member portal every other week starting Monday, October 2nd. (Not a member yet? Now’s the time to start your free trial!) UPLIFT gear will be available for purchase in early October. Join the LIVE 1-hour YouTube class on Wednesday, Oct. 25th, 7 PM - MT. Current SHiNE instructors get first dibs, and registration opens to the public Dec. 1st. — THE FAQ’s: Q: Do I have to be a SHiNE Instructor to teach UPLIFT? A: NOPE! Q: How much will training cost? A: Early-bird price = $249, Introductory price = $299 Q: How much do I pay each month as an instructor? A: $24.99/month licensing fee Q: If I’m a SHiNE instructor, do I pay the full licensing fee for both formats? A: Current SDF instructors get a 50% discount on the monthly UPLIFT licensing fee (Only $12.50/month)! That means you get to teach TWO awesome formats for just $37.50/month! Q: How long is the virtual training? A: We’re finalizing all the details and will have more info by Nov. 1st.
