I read lots of comments talking of how different or bad they look on TikTok, Zoom, on their online meetings/on cam because nowadays it has become a everyday-thing for all of us. So I thought I would make a balancing video exercises series that will help you with most of the facial imbalances and tightness that hinder us from looking natural, different from reality(the way others see you with the world-wide best lens : 'the eye). I promise you this routine will give you great changes and just by following with these exercises you will feel much better and soft with your face. Always remember we are not perfect and we will never be( and we dont have to be. Let's be wise). And the outer 'look' is deceiving. We are not looking for a perfect fixed look, but we are trying to get the best version of 'me'. Not someone else. Because your soul is the most precious thing, and I mean it. So be joyful and thankful, we are alive today on this beautiful green earth. You should only move to the extent you feel comfortable and be slow and soft. If any pain or discomfort is felt then you have two options : 1.
