This is despite reports that suspended African National Congress (ANC) Secretary-General Ace Magashule has approached the High Court to compel the NPA to disclose full indictment relating to the case. Magashule, ten others and five companies face more than 70 charges of fraud, corruption and money laundering. The charges relate to the alleged irregular awarding of a 255 million rand asbestos roof removal contract.
