"Treat was full of love for his family, life, and craft, and he was truly at the top of his game in all of them." Please know that Treat appreciates all of you and that you should continue to keep him in your thoughts and prayers."Williams appeared in films such as "The Eagle Has Landed," "Prince of the City," "Once Upon a Time in America," "The Late Shift," "127 Hours," and "Run Hide Fight."From 2002 through 2006, Williams portrayed Dr. Andrew 'Andy' Brown on "Everwood," for which he received two Screen Actors Guild nods. "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," "Chicago Fire," "Hawaii Five-0," "Blue Bloods," "White Collar," and "The Simpsons" are among his other television credits.Williams also portrayed Danny Zuko in the Broadway musical "Grease" from 1972 until 1980.Williams, who was born in Stamford, Connecticut, told Vermont Magazine in 2021 that he discovered his affinity for acting in seventh school. He later trained at the Actors Studio with Sandra Seacat."Every time you'd hear that audience out there, and hear the kids coming in to see 'Grease' on Broadway for the first time from New Jersey, California, or the Midwest, you could feel how excited they were to be in a Broadway theater," Williams said of his role as Danny Zuko. "Every time that curtain rose, I knew it was a brand-new group of people." That was the highlight of Broadway."In addition, Williams recalled his twelfth and final audition for the 1979 picture "Hair," in which he played Berger."As soon as I started the monologue, I began removing all of my clothing," he claimed of the audition. "At the end of the monologue, I was naked in front of them." They applauded after the monologue, and I informed them, "This is all I've got."
