Most patients initially responded to frontline therapy but later experienced relapse, while a small subset of patients were primary refractory. Dr Tomkins also highlights the treatment approaches that led to favorable overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) in patients. This interview took place at the 21st International Myeloma Society (IMS) Annual Meeting, held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
