| Video Discription | Hoping to have this fixed quickly. In my video review, I mentioned having problems where the screen would not wake up and come on when the car is placed in ready mode in some situations. This does not seem to be correlated with any particular environmental factors, except perhaps the car being powered off for a longer period of time (e.g. a few hours). it is unpredictable, and sometimes the screen will come on after a minute or two (literally, which is a very long time), but other times the screen never comes on until the car is repowered several times. Sometimes randomly when this occurs the backup camera will also not work. This video illustrates one of those particular situations. I will update everyone once this is corrected and let them know what the fix was. For the record, I'm already running the latest software, and the dealer has already tried a hard reset on the infotainment as well as disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes. I've also tried not connecting my phone (placing it in airplane mode) and this has had no effect. |
