The Exterior is made out of Pre-Fab GI wall frames, Pre-Painted Galvalume wall cladding and a patented Panelized Roofing with Insulation. Everything about this Tiny House can be customized. From the house color, to the floor area, you can collaborate with the builder to get the house designed to meet your needs. The basic model option of this house can be built in 24 hours which is sectioned into 3 days with 8 hour shifts. Just take not that the foundation, Electrical and plumbing works, bathroom fixtures and septic, Inner wall and ceiling cladding, are not included in the basic package. So let's take a look inside. As soon as you enter, you will see that the 24 sqm floor area feels really similar to most condo studio units that can be found at metropolitan cities. But compared to condo units, this house can accommodate more windows since it's built directly on land. The bathroom is of decent size, comfortable enough for a shower and toilet.
