This tek can grow portobellos, oysters, penises, cordyceps, morels, GTs, lions manes, Jedis, etc. Use any grains to grow any strains with grow kit you can find around the house. Don’t limit yourself to grains, rices, old coffee grounds, manure, etc can be added and pasteurized as well. The more variety the better. Milk/dairy is also pasteurized/sterilized at low temperatures, and humans consume that safely. This is food for mycelium. 100% success rate with no jars/bags contaminated whatsoever. Colonization in storage unit, and in cooler bag in my car. Mushrooms and humans prefer the same temperatures. If you’re comfortable in their environment they’re probably fine.
