In this surgery, Dr. Rogers starts by removing the silicone implants placed in a previous surgery. This patient lost his testicles due to a childhood injury and testosterone injections and had implants placed for a more natural appearance. This patient's concern was that the implants were too large, have improper placement, and make it difficult to walk due to their size. The implants are then replaced with smaller, saline filled implants and are placed directly into the pocket where the old implants were placed. The results from these new implants look and feel much more natural with permanent results.
