| Video Discription | 2 cups cooked rice Lemon size tamarind soaked and squeezed into pulp For seasoning 4tsp oil 1tsp mustard 1tsp chanadal 1tsp urad dal Cashews Ground nuts Hing 6 green Chillies long cut 1 inch Ginger chopped Curry leaves Red Chillies -4 Turmeric 1/4tsp Chilli powder 1/2tsp Salt to taste Jaggery 1 inch piece 1/2tsp mustard and 1/4 tsp Methi seeds to be roasted and grinded into a coarse powder. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, urad dal, chanadal, cashew, Chillies, ginger, Red Chillies, curry leaves and fry them. Add tamarind paste, turmeric, chilli powder, hing, salt to taste , Jaggery and let it cook for sometime until it becomes into a thick paste. Add ground mustard, methi powder. Turn off the stove and add cooked rice mix it well and serve. |
