Enjoy! 📝 INGREDIENTS: ***The list of ingredients can be varied depending upon the taste and consistency. This drink, ‘Ugadi Pachadi’ is said to have 6 flavours in it. Above all I prefer it to be sweet.*** Tamarind - 10 to 15 g (lemon sized) Jaggery - 2 Cups (chopped) Mango (raw) - 3/4th Cup (finely chopped) Cumin seeds - 1 Tbsp Poppy Seeds - 1 Tbsp salt - 1/2 to 1 Tsp Coconut (fresh) - 1/4th Cup (grated) water - 1.5 litres Neem flowers - 1/8th Cup 👉🏼 SUGGESTIONS: * This drink is healthy but don’t drink too much of it. Not more than 3 to 4 glasses.
