Apart from this, 12 Residential Junior Colleges have been also established in the state. These institutions under Telangana Minorities Residential Educational Institutions Society (TMREIS) scheme will educate 1 lakh minority students per year. These institutions impart education in English medium and the government’s initiative has garnered appreciation from various leaders.
