While the procedure has generated a lot of buzz on social media lately, the procedure, while not as involved as a surgical or "classic" rhinoplasty, still requires careful planning and precision. Furthermore, not all patient needs can be satisfied with a non-surgical rhinoplasty, and for many patients, surgery may be necessary to address all their concerns. Who could benefit from a non-surgical rhinoplasty? There are 4 main concerns that a non-surgical rhinoplasty can help correct: 1 - A crooked bridge 2 - A crooked and/or rotated tip 3 - Low nasal bridge 4 - Dorsal hump A non-surgical rhinoplasty can help straighten anywhere the nose looks crooked. Particularly if there is a depression on one side and flat on the other. We can correct the depression using filler. Filler can also be applied to the tip of the nose. If the tip is crooked, we can do a subtle enhancement. The best thing is to put filler directly into the tip to create the illusion of rotation and projection, so the tip looks a little longer and a bit rotated. The 3rd use is to raise the bridge on patients with a low or flat-nasal bridge. Filler to the bridge can raise it in relation to the tip. Lastly, filler can be applied above and below a dorsal hump to help hide its appearance.
