| Video Discription | Hello Guys, In this video we would like to share with you the best and an easy recipe of tandoori sauce! Tandoori paste is one of the most popular marinades. It is also called as tikka or tikka masala. Ingredients: 1 tsp of Himalayan salt 1 tsp of Cayenne 1 tsp of Grounded coriander 1 tsp of Chili powder 1-2 pcs of Garlic cloves (crushed) 1 tsp of Dry mustard 1 inch piece of Fresh ginger 2 tsp of Turmeric (you can use fresh turmeric) 1 tsp of Fennel seeds 1 tsp of Cumin 1 tsp of Paprika 1/2 - 3/4 cups of Plain yogurt 2 tsp of Honey 1 tsp of Freshly grounded black pepper 2 tbsp of Lemon juice You can also add 1-2 tbsp of water if your paste is too thick. We do not mix oil into the paste, usually we add oil onto the already marinated dish right before cooking. Mix your Tandoori Chicken, Tofu, Vegetables etc. in the Tandoori marinade, put into container and leave in the fridge to soak up the flavors for a few hours.
