| Video Discription | Rice pudding ingredients 2 cups of white rice 3/4-1 cups of sweetened condensed milk 1 can evaporated milk 6 cups of regular liquid milk 1/2 cup of powder milk 1-2 cups of water 4 cardamom pods 10-12 cloves 2 pieces of cinnamon sticks 1/2 cup of red preserved cherries 1/4 cup of raisins Soak the rice for at least 5 hours Soak the raisins in some milk or water for a few minutes and set aside Finely chopped the cherries into small pieces In a pot add the rice and water, cook until water is evaporated. Add spices and mix well. Add 2 cups of liquid milk and the can of evaporated milk Cook on medium heat and stir gradually as the cooking proceeds add 2 more cups of milk and another 2 cups of milk. Once the rice is fully cooked add the powdered milk and sweetened condensed milk Separate the rice pudding in two batches Add raisins and cherries in one batch mix well and it can be served warm or cold Enjoy! |
