It is a polymicrobial Infection of the soft tissues which can be treated through intravenous fluid resuscitation, broad-spectrum IV antibiotics, and excision of dead infected tissue. Following this, an explanation is provided on filarial elephantiasis of scrotum which is associated with fever, hydrocoele, chyluria, and epididymitis. Non-filarial elephantiasis is also highlighted for medical school students along with elephantiasis Pathology and sebaceous cysts.
