| Video Discription | Instant Wheat Flour Bonda | how to make wheat Bonda recipe Ingredients: 1 cup wheat flour 1/4 cup rice flour 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped 1 tsp ginger, finely chopped 1 green chilli, finely chopped 1/4 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder Salt to taste 1/2 tsp cumin seeds A pinch asafoetida Water to make thick batter 1/4 tsp baking soda Oil for deep frying Instructions: 1. Mix all the ingredients except water and baking soda 2. Add water gradually and make thick batter 3. Add baking soda, mix again and deep fry in batches. 4. Serve hot with ginger tea.
