| Video Discription | This recipe is for easy, soft, string hoppers. Using store-bought rice flour and roasting for 8 minutes, you can easily make the dough in the stand mixer. The proportions for the dough are very specific to get the right consistency and texture of the String Hoppers. Here's what the recipe uses for about 45 Strings. 2 Cups store-bought Rice Flour 2 1/2 Cups very hot Water (Water that has almost reached boiling point) 1/2 Teaspoon Salt You can mix this all in a pan with a wooden spoon or the like, as traditionally done.
