Whopping 21 Recipes and 1 Grand Mukbang Journey! 🤤🥘
I am back with the incredible @LostandRareRecipes team in this 2nd part of the series. As I interact with them, I am reminded of the famous quote by Alexander Graham Bell, 'When one door closes, another door opens; but we often look so long and regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the ones which open for us.'
After Covid posed a setback to their event management business, Subhajit Bhattacharyya & Amit Ghosh Dastidar decided to create new doors of opportunity to bounce back. With a hunger to ignite their passion and breathe life into our lost culinary legacy, they started a fresh journey with their YouTube Channel - @LostandRareRecipes aiming to share their love for food and its rich history with the world.
Main dil se shukriya karta hoon Subhajit, Amit, Joy, Shayani (T2 Online) aur puri @LostandRareRecipes ki team ka jinhone itne pyaar, adar, aur samman se mujhe invite kiya aur kuch beyhadh swadisht aur anokhe dishes khilaye. I have no words to express my gratitude towards you...Thank you for your warmth, love and hospitality...I shall forever cherish these learnings, experiences and memories that we created together.
Dher sara pyaar bandhu. ❤️❤️❤️
Wishing you all the very best for an amazingly bright future.
Alshukran Lost and Found Recipes,

P.S. @t2telegraph (t2Telegraph) Thank you for making this possible.

About: @LostandRareRecipes is a YouTube channel started during the lockdown period. As the name implies, we want to archive mainly those dishes which are lost in the annals of time, or are really rare. It is our humble attempt to get back to our roots and preserve our rich culinary heritage which is exemplary to the entire world by virtue of its variety and range. We invite all to subscribe and be with us in this journey which will not only help us achieve our purpose of restoring our heritage but also inspire more people to try out these dishes and revive them in household kitchens. We also operate a cloud kitchen in Kolkata and look forward to spreading our wings in other Indian cities too.
