| Video Discription | Chatpata kala (black) chana chaat has to be one of the healthiest snacks! You can easily enjoy this salad by itself as a snack or have it along with your meals as a refreshing side dish. Try it out if you haven’t already! Ingredients I used: - 1 cup, boiled black chana - 1 medium sized onion, chopped - 1 medium sized tomato, chopped - 2 green chillies, finely chopped - coriander leaves - juice of 1/2 lemon - salt (as per taste) - 1 tsp chilli powder - 1 tsp chaat masala Procedure: - Soak black chana for 4-5 hours, preferably overnight - Boil it with some fresh water, salt optional - Put boiled chana in a bowl without water and add all the other ingredients to it.
