In part one, Daedra shows you how to cut a piece of copper pipe to create an interesting component for this steampunk necklace. The pipe is then drawn on with a sharpie and place in etching solution creating dimension and relief. What you will need: copper piping pipe cutter etching solution (Ferric Chloride) sharpie or permanent marker sand paper or jewelry files blue jean material brass brush Triple Thick paint brush newsprint or old magazine paper glitter Mod Podge or craft paste gems or jewels 18 gauge solid copper wire 2" washer red copper chain beads bead caps bent-nose pliers jewelry pliers wire cutters wire stripper super glue Zip Kicker Gem Tac rag or paper towels alcohol inks or ink |
