The Basel Committee for Banking Supervision publishes guidelines to help bankers and supervisors alike in implementing the Basel Accords. In June 2011, the Bank for International Settlements published the document "Principles for the Sound Management of Operational Risk". The document was written in the wake of the Basel II Accord. The document provides some further explanations and advice on how to implement an operational risk framework. The video at hand provides a resumé of this document in plan English.
