Manpreet Kaur says she and her husband, Jadinder Singh, arrived in Canada from India and had just begun building their new life. The pair finally found their first moment to spend some quality time together and decided to take the bus to White Rock Pier. That's when Jadinder Singh was stabbed in the back of the neck in what police are calling a random and unprovoked attack by a stranger. Global's Janet Brown reports.
