| Video Discription | పూర్ణం బూరెలు శ్రావణ మాసం ప్రసాదం శ్రావణ మాసం Special Recipe.. Step 1: In a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup of Urad Dal, 1 cup of rice clean it thouroughly. Add some water to the cleaned rice and urad dal soak for minimum 2hours. Step 2: After two hours grind it as a smooth and thick paste. Then add 1/4 tspn of cooking soda (If you grind it in a mixer avoid cooking soda) and 1/2 tspn of salt. Mix it well and keep it aside for 15 minutes. Step 3: Take 3/4 cup of Chana dal. Wash it and soak it for about 1 hour. Step 4: After 1 hour pressure cook the soaked chana dal for 2 whistles. Then remove the excess water with the help of a strainer. Mash the boiled and strained chana dal and keep it aside. Step 5 : Now take a frying pan on stove and add 1 tspn of ghee(optional). Then add mashed chana dal and 3/4 cup of jaggery powder, 1/2 tspn of cardamom powder. Fry it continuously until jaggery melts. Once it starts leaving pan add pinch of salt and switch off the stove. Step 6: Let it cool completely and with a greased hand prepare small balls for stuffing. If you like you can add 2 tspns of grated coconut to it. Step 7: After sometime the batter turns into smooth and thick. Now dip the stuffing balls in this batter and put into the hot oil. Step 8: Deep fry it until it turns into a light brown colour. take out from the oil and serve it.
