The small tail is a good starter however for many pups it's only going to stay in for a short period of time and you'll be wearing the medium usually the first time you play. If you are an experienced anal player then it may be worth considering the extra large tail. I have been able to wear my pod for over 2 hours in complete comfort. If you enjoy the sensation of the bulb in the ass you can get the same sensation using the egg toy. This is the same bulb that is on the woofy tail and happy tail however it's just had the tail removed. You can wear this discretely under your clothes and nobody would know.
