Hope you enjoy! 8 oz butter softened (1 cup or 2 sticks) 1 and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar 4 large eggs 2 tbsp vanilla extract / mixed essence orange or lemon zest 1 and 3/4 cup of cake flour 1/2 cup of whole milk 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg 2 tsp baking powder 1/8 tsp salt 1 tbsp melted butter for pan ( sorry In recipe video i said about 2 tbsp but 1 tbsp is all you need ) 2 to 3 tbsp flour for pan Keep cake covered when storing to retain moisture and freshness.
