| Video Discription | The Speed's Test is a simple way to test for biceps tendonitis. It can produce false positives and negatives, so make sure this isn't the only diagnostic method you use. Resist shoulder flexion at about 90 degrees by the patient while the patient’s forearm is first supinated, then ****ated, and the elbow is in complete extension. A positive test increases pain/tenderness in the bicipital groove, especially when supinated.
