| Video Discription | The very first commercially-licensed and commercially-release version of the original 1984 Tetris game. Basically same as the 1986 version. Various geometric shapes fall from the top of the surface to fall on the bottom of the playfield to fit the pieces together and the line they forms disappears giving more room for for other pieces to fall. If the pieces do not form lines or rows and stack up all the way to the top of the screen, the game is over. The difficulty of the game increases making the pieces drop faster over time. Played and recorded on Dosbox 0.74. Note: Slightly better than the 1986 version. The game is endless as the last level never ends until I lose so there's no point in continuing beyond that point. |
