This video explains complete steps, formulae and base on which formula is derived. The values of TMR0L and TMR0H are infact lower and higher bytes of timer0(16-bit) starting values at which timer is started and then it counts untill it reaches to its maximum value FFFF hex and then rolls over back its minimum value (0x0000). This point is known as roll over point. This is notified by TMR0IF and timer expires and required delay for which timer values were calculated. .............................................................................
