For every festival like pongal, diwali or house opening cermony or any other occasions sakkarai pongal recipe is the common recipe. Sakkarai is nothing but Jaggery. In this recipe chef Abhilash shared all the tips and tricks how not to curdle the milk while making the pongal. Usually, when the jaggery adds to the milk it will curdle, but when the rice completely cooked then milk will not curdle.
