This beautiful lyrics are composed by AGNELO DE BORIM and was originally sung by DIVINA BRAGANZA E MORAES. Moreover, the song became a huge hit after MARK REVLON from the HEADLINES gave it his best in uplifting this song that deserved recognition. And this song now deserves further recognition as ELIZABETH D’SOUZA has nailed the same with her inimitable emotional singing style. I have used the backing track of MARK REVLON from THE HEADLINES and embellished it with added guitars and harmonies and I have sung the awesome humming in the middle of the song besides the harmonies. ELIZABETH popularly know as LIZZ hails from Aldona, Bardez, Goa and grew up in the 50's and 60's avidly listening to the most inspiring vocal Portuguese music composed by Portuguese musicians of that time. Listening to Portuguese music in the earlier years had an enormous lasting impact on her. Although she has never sung professionally, over the years she has always enjoyed singing Portuguese and other Latin American popular songs. Liz was employed by Crompton Greaves Ltd in Mumbai for 35 years and retired in 2008 as Executive Assistant to the CFO.
