| Video Discription | Mango Sooji kesari || Mango Sooji Halwa || Mango Kesari Recipe - RKC Ingredients Mango 1, puréed Sooji 1/2 cup Water 2 cups Sugar 3/4 cups -1 Cashews and raisins Ghee 2 -3 tbsp Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp Instructions First roast cashews and rasisins and set aside Roast sooji for few minutes. Boil water in a pan add to the roasted sooji and cook it for 3 minutes. Add mango purée and cook for 2 -3 minutes. Add sugar and cook. Add 1 tsp of ghee and let it cook. Add 1/4 tsp cardamom powder and 1 tsp ghee and mix it well. turn off the heat. Add roasted nuts and mix it well. |
