| Video Discription | 62 yaşında erkek Başvuru şikayeti: Makroskopik ağrısız, pıhtılı hematuri, Sag böbrek taşa sekonder nonfonksiyone. Usg: mesanede 3 cm papiller oluşum sag atrofik taşlı böbrek, sol böbrek grade 1 ektazik. Sistoskopi TUR M: Sol ureter orifisini kapatan 2 cm ve 1 cmlik 2 adet papiller oluşuma komplet en blok rezeksiyon yapıldı. Rezeksiyon sonrası sol üreter izlendi. Tumor tabanı ayrı olarak gönderildi. Patolojisi Ta low grade kas izlendi tumor izlenmedi seklinde raporlandı. 1. ve 4. Hafta kontrol usg sol böbrek dogal hidronefroz yok. 3 ay kontrol sistoskopisi: sol ureter orifisi dogal, mesanede tümör yok. Dr. Ahmet ŞAHAN |
