Ingredients n Measurements :- In Mixer:- Idli rice 3 cup urad dal 1 cup salt soak it for 3-4 hours. In Wet Grinder(Stone):- Idli rice 4 cup urad dal 1 cup salt soak it for 3-4 hours. Grind urad dal for 45 minutes Grind the rice until it becomes smooth paste. If you follow the video you will definitely get soft spongy idli.. #idlibatter #softIdli #keralaflavor Helloooo Guyzzz....
