Deputies accuse 59-year old Carl Blahnik of dumping boulders on the roadway with a backhoe then going back and forth along the bridge for an hour and a half. Law enforcement was forced to follow him with lights and sirens. One of their vehicles was damaged during the pursuit. Investigators say he had a Wisconsin ID but they think he might be homeless. #InsideEdition |
