| Video Discription | #chilis #quesodip #chilisquesodip In this episode of Mark's Kitchen, I whip THE FAMOUS homemade #chilisquesodip you can make right at home! ____________________________________________________________________ *All in a cast iron Skillet* -Cut 1/2 of a block of Velveta Cheese into 1 inch cubes and throw it into the pan -Add 1 can of Hormel Chili (hot without beans) -Add 1 cup milk (or half and half for an even creamier version) -Put skillet on medium heat to incorporate everything -Add 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 2 teaspoons paprika, 4 teaspoons chili powder, 1/2 teaspoons cumin, and the juice of 1/2 of a lime -Let simmer for 10 minutes Get a chip and get dipping!! |
