Steve Hall and Shotgun Red! Vermicelli Rice Pilaf goes great with Beef, Pork, Chicken and Fish. It's a simple side dish that tastes great with any meal. Ingredients: 1 box Vermicelli 1 box Long Grain White Rice 1 stick Butter 1 box Chicken broth 3 cubes Chicken Bouillon Salt and Pepper Directions In a skillet or pan melt stick of butter. Break vermicelli into small thumbs sized pieces. Add in 1 cup vermicelli and cook until golden brown. Add in 1 cup of rice and stir in 1 full box of Chicken broth and bouillon cubes. You may need additional broth or water depending on how your rice cooks. Cover and let simmer 15 to 30 min depending on your stove. Turn off heat and let sit covered for 5 more minutes.
