There is nothing better than a delicious meal that can be prepared in about 25 minutes, enjoy! ❤ INGREDIENTS 1 lb. Fettuccini pasta 1 lb. medium shrimp (deveined, shells and tails removed) 3 Tbsp butter 3 Tbsp olive oil 1 & 1/2 C. heavy whipping cream 3/4 C. good parmesan cheese (I grated parmigiano reggiano) 3 large garlic cloves 1/4 small onion (finely chopped) 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp paprika salt (to your liking) pepper (to your liking) pepper flakes (optional) chopped Italian parsley ● It's important to use a good parmesan cheese, don't use the grated parmesan cheese in a bag or in a can, these cheeses don't melt well and will make your alfredo sauce gritty.
