| Video Discription | Things don't always go to plan do they? A slight change of plans to say the least as we wake up to some pretty unfortunate news. After arriving in Bangkok for only 2 days, we unfortunately could not extend our visa here in Bangkok, totally out of our control but we were basically advised to leave Bangkok and extend our visa back in Chiang Mai. (INTERNAL SCREAM) I guess we have to leave... A quiet taxi ride back to the hotel we pretty much had to book last minute (expensive) flights, pack our bags, check out of our hotel earlier than expected and head to BKK airport (Don Muang) arrive in Chiang Mai, stay the night, extend our visa at Chiang Mai immigration and fly back to Bangkok at midnight. This was unexpected for us and it pretty much felt like the worst travel day we have EVER had! We felt better the next day and took it on the chin, its one of those 34 hour travel days we will certainly never forget. Has anything like this ever happened to you?
